Our mission

210 Collective empowers adults with intellectual disabilities through meaningful work and inclusive community, grounded in the belief that every person is made in the image of God and deserves to be valued and embraced.

210 Collective provides meaningful vocational work for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Through a no-fail work program, we educate, train, and support our Citizens in an environment where everyone can succeed.

What we do

We select adaptable, marketable enterprises that let Citizens explore their creativity, learn new techniques, and experience the dignity of completing meaningful work. Supervisors tailor each job to fit individual strengths, ensuring every Citizen can thrive.

Citizens

At 210 Collective, we refer to the individuals in our program as Citizens because it affirms their rightful place in the community—complete with belonging, rights, and the capacity to contribute. This term emphasizes dignity, equality, and inclusion, reminding us that every person, regardless of ability, is a valued member with something meaningful to share.

Our Citizens often have diagnoses such as autism, brain injury, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and other genetic differences. Yet each one possesses unique gifts and abilities. By giving them the platform to develop and showcase these talents, we ensure they experience the pride and purpose of being fully integrated members of the community.
